Q: Will the Thule Motion XT XL fit my car?

A: Our cargo box rentals require your car to have crossbars that are installed between 24 to 36 inches apart from each other. To ensure rear hatch or trunk clearance, make sure the front crossbar is at least 52 inches from your open rear hatch or trunk. The Thule Powerclick clamps are designed to be universally compatible with most crossbar brands.

Q: Where can I have my rentals delivered?

A; We are based in Dublin, California. We can deliver and pick up rentals to an address up to 40 miles away from Dublin. Keep in mind that means a total mileage of 160 miles. For example traveling to and from San Francisco to drop off and then pick up can be about 160 miles round trip. Bridge tolls are included in the delivery charge.

Q: Can I extend or shorten my rental while on my trip?

A: Yes, not a problem. Please let us know by texting or email us that way we can plan accordingly. We will charge or refund you the difference when you return your rental.

Q: What’s your cancellation Policy?

A; Life happens, we get it. You are welcome to cancel for a full refund anytime before the rental is picked up. Please just let us know as soon as possible.

Q: How does the Security Deposit work?

A; The security deposit is added during checkout. If your rentals are damaged or lost during your rental period, replacement or repair costs will be taken from your deposit. Late fees may also be taken out of your deposit. Damage, repair costs, and late fees may exceed the damage deposit value in which case you will be liable for paying the difference. When you return your rental we will process a refund for the remaining security deposit. It may take a few days for your refund to show in your account depending on your bank.
